Memorial Rights

These are the right to erect a headstone for which a one-off fee is usually paid to the Churchyard owners or to teh cemetery owners (i.e. the metrolitan council). Often this right is purchased when the grave is purchased, so you may already have the right in place and it will be stated on your grave ownership papers. If you cannot locate these, we will check the status for you and organise the purchase of the right if required. Once this right is in place, you do not have to pay it again.
